SOPHIE LILLINGSTON
Founder
Sophie Lillingston, Founder of Lillingston, Sophie’s labour of love over the past 25 years, is there anything this woman can’t turn her hand to?
The most creative and detail-oriented person you will ever meet, who has more than earned her stripes. Sophie started the business because she has a passion for events and entertaining with seemingly effortless style, a love for china, linen, flowers and all things beautiful.
As Dame of the Order of the Smile in Poland, Sophie was knighted for her ‘love, care and aid’ to the children of Poland and responsible for the establishment of Mountain Haven which provided an escape for children undergoing Leukaemia treatment. Now back in London, this connoisseur of events is ready to turn on her unbounded imagination and create your perfect wedding or party.
While living between London and her family hill top house in Wales, Sophie has lived in Asia and loves to travel on and off the beaten track. She is always getting inspiration from exquisite and out of the ordinary locations, and is constantly on the lookout for gems around the world.

FLEUR COOPER
Group Managing Director
A more glamorous networker you would be pushed to find.
Fleur is a cultural creative who breathes inspirational energy and flair into everything she does. So where better to channel her zing than in the buzzy heart of London’s Notting Hill? A seasoned businesswoman, Fleur’s well-established events company Nastrovia merged with Lillingston in 2013. Her wealth of experience and enthusiasm – not to mention tenacity – continues to set the luxury events world alight.
With her little black book of contacts reading like a ‘who’s who’ of the world’s most influential movers and shakers, she’s definitely a force to be reckoned with.

KATY MCCANN
Managing Director
Initially a newspaper editor in Madrid, Katy started her life in travel at the Mr & Mrs Smith Hotel Collection in 2003 and was an integral part of the companies development. She spent seven glorious months of each year visiting over 2000 hotels and selectively handpicking the collection’s finest hotels and villas in 80 countries.
In 2013, Katy launched Suite DNA, an agency and consultancy advising on the most spectacular destinations, creating properties that stand out from the crowd.
Katy continues to travel extensively and throughout this time has formed invaluable friendships in the world of travel. Each client experiences her enthusiasm and knowledge of places and people as her ideas and recommendations come to life.

MICHAEL PAGETT
Group Chairman
Michael (Pag) is the patriarch of the Lillingston Collection; his years of experience in Europe, the US and Japan as a chartered accountant have given him a wealth of industry knowledge. On returning to the UK he worked mainly in the engineering and waste management sectors before focusing on a broad range of M&A opportunities.
In 2002, he helped Fleur Cooper launch her events business Nastrovia and today as well as being involved with Lillingston, he has interests in the the power generation and commercial landscaping sectors. Holding many directorships throughout his career, Pag is our wise owl at the foundation of the group.

CELINE SAFFRAY
Director
Celine is our magic weapon in the world of luxury five-star hotels and service. She started out at the Maybourne Group (Claridges, The Connaught, The Berkeley) to move onto Dorchester Collection as Director of Sales and then finally Director of Sales and Marketing at Bulgari Hotel London.
Celine joined forces with Katy in 2015. Her incredible knowledge and network of the people and inner workings of international hotels ensures nothing gets past her and each client is looked after spectacularly.

SIMON CLARK
Director
Director here at Lillingston and ruler of the roost, Simon has the ever challenging job of dealing with the most impressive, logistical and complex events in the UK and abroad, whilst managing the ever growing team at Lillingston. With over 5 years at Lillingston and previously over 10 years experience in the most exclusive catering company in London, he knows everything there is to know and has certainly earnt his place.
With Simon’s impressive catalogue of events he has produced and managed over the years it would be simply impossible to faze him with any brief no matter how weird or wonderful. Not only is he our fountain of knowledge, he can also navigate his way through a complex wine list as well as being rather handy with a cocktail shaker – which always comes in handy. Simon’s events are delivered with complete professionalism, amazing grace and precision every time and with his is utterly charming attitude, if you want perfection, he’s your man.

Head of creative
With a spark in her eye and a spring in her step Sophie’s creative energy is infectious! Having studied design at Goldsmiths her God is in the detail.
Using her powers of persuasion, passion for a party and instinctive understanding of people, Sophie cooly and calmly delivers spectacular events with flair and imagination. Resident office DJ, Sophie’s love of music, dancing and life in general keep her inspired and curious for the next big thing.

LAURA MOSS
Head of Travel & Partnerships
Laura’s career began in property development; but, an epiphany and love of organising, detail and destinations took her to Lake Como in Italy, arranging exclusive events and trips for select clients.
Life at Lillingston started in the events team on a range of fabulous parties for the Lillingston inner circle. At Travel by Lillingston Laura organises the operational side and liaises with hotels, villa owners and fixers on the ground to ensure every trip runs beautifully and seamlessly.

HARRIET SALT
Event Producer
Found in her free time exploring the streets of cities like Copenhagen and Florence, our newest recruit Harriet has a passion for all things arty and all things party! Joining us initially for a 3-month internship, this focused, funny and kooky eco-Queen rapidly became indispensable to Lillingston.
As a Sotheby’s art course graduate, under the alias of ‘Hatty’s thoughts’ she has taken it upon herself to enlighten the team to London’s lively art scene, organising underground activities for all to enjoy. Unquestionably reliable and fiercely conscientious, when in the office Harriet’s partying ways would almost seem unthinkable but be warned, with a cackle as infectious as Ab Fab’s… once she starts laughing, you and her won’t be able to stop!

SPENCER BROWN
Lifestyle Assistant
Following in the footsteps of Lifestyle Director Robyn, as a finalist in Young Guns Hospitality, it comes as no surprise that Lifestyle’s newest recruit is the equally-organised and totally charming Spencer. After graduating with a degree in International Hospitality Management, Spencer hit the ground running becoming an intern during the busy summer months and it quickly became apparent that he was too good to let go. Fiercely conscientious, immaculately presented and perhaps most importantly, dangerously adept in the kitchen, Spencer’s enthusiasm for all things Lifestyle (and former training as a professional chef!) are a very welcome addition to Lillingston HQ.

ALI RODGERS
Event Producer
The newest addition to the Lillingston team, Ali joins us with over five years experience in the events and concierge world. Ali has specialised in offshore events, spanning the entire globe bringing the most exclusive events to the most unique surroundings.
Whether remote Caribbean islands or cliffsides in Italy Ali is in her element arranging jaw dropping events in amazing venues. Seemingly un-phased even in the most stressful of situations, Ali’s relaxed, efficient and always smiley approach is the much-required calming influence on all involved.

HAYLEY LEWIS
Group Accountant
Hayley is the Collections’ Queen of the counters, master of the Lillingston accounts. She is the backbone of every transaction, liaising with suppliers and clients throughout their whole process.
Straight from the Soho House group to Portobello Road she knows the ropes like the back of her hand having been with us for over four years and although number crunching and keeping the office inline is top of her priorities, Hayley always has a smile on her face and brings a touch of Essex to the mews.

The Lillingston Collection brings together a group of remarkable pioneers who have driven the development of today’s dazzling luxury lifestyle services.
Sophie Lillingston founded Lillingston 25 years ago, almost single-handedly transforming the art of throwing a party into a complete experience.
As word spread and growing demand broadened the business’s remit, Fleur Cooper’s company Nastrovia, a corporate and luxury hospitality company merged with Lillingston to bring a new clientele to the business. Sophie remains at the helm with Fleur by her side as the Group MD. With a combined little black book of contacts that reads like a who’s who of the world’s movers and shakers, the sky’s the limit.
After spending 10 years at London’s most exclusive catering company Last Supper, Simon Clark, Director of Events, came on board in 2009 to manage our ever-growing team and to coordinate the most impressive and complex events with utter precision.
The addition of Sophie Stuart, our incredible in house designer, has transformed how our events look taking the business from strength to strength.
In 2017, the Lillingston Collection emerged organically out of an understanding of our clients’ needs not only for a special event or celebration, but for their day-to-day lives, lifestyle and travel. Drawing on experience on both sides of the business, Lifestyle by Lillingston (LBL) was born, offering a discreet lifestyle concierge. While working in all corners of the globe, no request has yet been unmet.
Travel by Lillingston (TBL) launched in 2017, after merging with luxury travel company Suite DNA, founded by Katy McCann. Managing Director Katy and Director Celine Saffray use their joined 30-years’ experience and stunning travel knowledge to head the TBL team and look after clients to exacting requirements. Katy developed the Mr & Mrs Smith hotel collection for 10 years since its founding in 2003 and together with Celine’s years as Director of Sales of the likes of Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Dorchester Collection and Bulgari Hotel their understanding of the hotels, villas and travel world is unmatched anywhere. Taking the same personal and tailored approach that we apply to every event or personal service, Travel by Lillingston is a cut above the rest.
